When we contracted PAINTech to do the work at Blakehurst Senior Living Community we knew they’d do an excellent job. They had already finished Phase 1 exceptionally well. We’ve worked with them on many projects from Tilt-up Warehouse’s, Retail, Medical, Private Schools, and Office Buildings in the past and they’ve proven to be very detail-oriented and budget-conscious. Once again we were very pleased with their job.

Over the past 20 years, Penntex Construction Company has successfully subcontracted PAINTech Inc. for many of our office and warehouse Projects. Recently we have just completed a very demanding renovation Project for our client, Liberty Property Trust ‘s Corporate Headquarters. We had a very demanding, 26,000 sf fourth floor fit out as well as renovating the other 3 floors (75,000 sf) of the bldg. including new restrooms, lobbies, a fitness center, and a cafe. Paintech continually manned the project well to support our demanding schedule as well as provided excellent painting and wallpaper installations thru out the bldg. and performed them in a professional manner. We would recommend PAINTech, Inc for any construction project and look forward to working with them on our future endeavors.

I have worked with PAINTech for over 20 years. They are by far the best painting subcontractor I have ever worked with. Their quality is exceptional, and their ability to meet or beat schedule expectations is also excellent. For our development projects, we don’t bid the painting, we negotiate it with PAINTech as they have proven to be very competitive. We are currently working on 4 projects with them, with 5 more about to break ground. Their combination of quality, cost and delivery places them at the top of our list of strategic alliances.

Over the last few years PAINTech [and I] have worked on several construction projects. We found PAINTech staff to be knowledgeable, professional and cooperative throughout the course of our construction projects. In addition, after the project completion, they have been responsive and thorough in addressing any minor punch list associated with the project.
