We’re Hiring: Commercial Painters

We're looking for Commercial Painters who can work in PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, and VA! The painters will be responsible for the preparation and painting of interior and exterior surfaces in conformity to paint specification as well as client standards, paint diagrams, and direction.

We’re Hiring: Field Superintendents

We're looking for a Field Superintendent who can work in our Northeast Division (PA, NJ, DE). The Superintendent will be responsible for managing multiple projects and crews in a large geographic area, all while maintaining a strong culture of safety, reliability, and timeliness. It is important for our Superintendent to work well with the PAINTech Project Managers, so he/she can ensure smooth transfer of information to the field, so the projects are completed to the customers specifications.

Job Description:

• Create and maintain a safe working environment for all field employees
• Review and make sure submittals are approved prior to starting a job
• Receive and complete hand-off of job information from Project Manager to Foreman
• Assess job scope and put correct field power on site, to ensure job is completed efficiently and to the customer-specifications
• Make sure foreman have clear understanding of job scope
• Track job costs in a better fashion using Time-Tracking App & Foundation
• Develop good customer relationships
• Collaborate with other PAINTech Superintendents to share manpower, sub-contractors and resources
• Go to job progress meetings
• Make sure QC is up to PAINTech standards
• Track field tickets and make sure they are completed immediately
• Work with shop manager to track equipment
• Responsible for meeting labor projections for each job
• Encourage field employees to develop skills, help with skill-development
